MBA graduates will have built on their prior professional experience and academic background to acquire a broad base of management knowledge and skills that enables them to:

The pedagogy or teaching-learning processes shall be determined by the requirements of a course, the learning objectives, learning outcomes & the learner’s context.

However, the following methods of instruction shall be commonly used: Case Method, Situation Analysis, Live Projects, Field Work, Lecture Sessions, Class Discussions, Group / Individual Presentations, Group Exercises, MOOCs, Role-plays, Self-Learning Materials (SLMs), Self-study, Seminars, Simulations, Study Tours, Training Programmes, Workshops.

The programme intends to impart necessary managerial skills through a rigorous teaching learning pedagogy focused on providing experiential learning to students. As a part of the programme, each student has to do 1 live project / field study project each, in trimester 2 & trimester 3. Thus, a student has to complete 2 live projects / field study projects in the first year. A student also needs to carry out a social immersion project in each trimester in the first year, thus providing valued experience in terms of contribution towards society.

Additionally, each student will be doing a Summer Internship Project (SIP) of 60 days duration, post trimester 3 & before commencement of trimester 4. Predominant use of case study method further helps students to tackle real life business problems, thereby bolstering the experiential learning
