AARAMBHA 2017 - An interdisciplinary Cultural evening

To welcome the students from all the disciplines in the academic year 2017-18, Vishwakarma University organized a cultural evening named 'Aarambha' on 12th October 2017. Students from various streams staged mesmerizing performances in the event organized at VU's Eventorium. The event comprised of dance, singing, one-act Play, stand Up and poetry. At the occasion Chief guest Prof. Uphie Melo, Vice Chancellor (Rector) and Dr. Doka Serge Vice Rector (Research Incharge) University of Ngaoundere, Camaroon inaugurated the university's first newsletter ' Deja Vu' with Vice President Prof. Vasudev Gade and Vice Chancellor Prof. Siddharth Jabade. At the event congratulating the university, Prof. Uphie Melo expressed her admiration towards academic rigor of VU and also for future collaborative efforts in the academic sphere.

Students unmasked their talents depicting rich Indian attire and breath taking performances. The fusion fashion show swivel choreography altered the mood. The live painting by the student Khyati Patel on the song performance was the uniqueness of evening. Dance performances took the stage by storm and singing performances were supported by crooning audiences. Aarambha 2017 enticed all students and staff to a riveting performance. The event was followed by dinner.
